Here is your Brantford Real Estate Update for November 2021 with the statistics from last month for the detached residential homes in the City of Brantford, the North End neighbourhoods, and the West Brant area.
The average sale price for a detached single-family home for all areas of Brantford in October 2021 was $714,713 which is up by 29.91% or a $164,570 increase in home values in Brantford compared to the average sale price of $550,143 in October 2020.
The average sale price in Brantford’s North End neighbourhoods in October 2021 was $768,515 which is up 22.90% or $143,206 compared to the average sale price of $625,309 in October 2020. There was another shortage of new listings in the North End last month.
The average sale price in the West Brant area in October 2021 was $830,323, which is up by 24.74% or $164,681 compared to the average sale price of $665,642 in October 2020. There were 23.33% fewer new listings in West Brant last month compared to a year ago.

There were less than 1/3 of the # of active listings on the market in Brantford last month compared to October of 2019 as the low inventory of houses for sale in Brantford and the strong demand continues to drive up the homes values in Brantford. The average sale price in Brantford has gone up by $164,570 versus a year ago, and a whopping $273,363 compared to 2 years ago.
