Here is your Brantford Real Estate Update for March 2022 with the statistics from last month for the detached residential homes in the City of Brantford, the North End neighbourhoods, and the West Brant area.
Brantford
The average sale price for a detached single-family home for all areas of Brantford in February 2022 was $881,178, which is a 27.28% increase in home values in Brantford compared to the average sale price in February 2021.
North End
The average sale price in Brantford’s North End neighbourhoods in February 2022 was $953,424, which is up by 25.46% compared to the average sale price in February 2021. The new listings in the North End neighbourhoods continue to be in very high demand given the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, parks, and highway access.
West Brant
The average sale price in the West Brant area in February 2022 was $1,080,917, which is up by 36.50% compared to the average sale price in February 2021. There were almost half the number of new listings in West Brant last month compared to a year ago. The West Brant area offers lots of walking & biking trails and it's close to all amenities.
