Here is your Brantford Real Estate Update for July 2021 with the statistics from last month for the detached residential homes in the City of Brantford, the North End neighbourhoods, and the West Brant area.
The average sale price for a detached single-family home for all areas of Brantford in June 2021 was $665,884, which is up by 26.76% or a $140,571 increase in home values in Brantford compared to the average sale price of $525,313 in June 2020. There were 31.25% more new listings that came on the market last month compared to a year ago and 20.15% more sales than last year.
The average sale price in Brantford’s North End neighbourhoods in June 2021 was $735,791 which is up 34.67% or $189,411 compared to the average sale price of $546,380 in June 2020. There were 51.35% more new listings in the North End last month compared to a year ago, and 14.63% more sales versus last year.
The average sale price in the West Brant area in June 2021 was $790,809, which is up by 35.52% or $207,257 compared to the average sale price of $583,552 in June 2020. There were 8.51% fewer new listings in West Brant last month compared to a year ago, but there were 10.34% more sales than last year.

There have been more new listings coming on the market but the Brantford real estate market is still a strong Seller's market with a lower than normal inventory of homes available for sale.
