Here is your Brantford Real Estate Update for February 2022 with the statistics from last month for the detached residential homes in the City of Brantford, the North End neighbourhoods, and the West Brant area.
The average sale price for a detached single-family home for all areas of Brantford in January 2022 was $844,788, which is up by 34.27% or a $215,597 increase in home values in Brantford compared to the average sale price of $629,191 in January 2021.
The average sale price in Brantford’s North End neighbourhoods in January 2022 was $929,305, which is up by 28.88% or $208,255 compared to the average sale price of $721,050 in January 2021. The new listings in the North End neighbourhoods continue to be in very high demand.
The average sale price in the West Brant area in January 2022 was $958,644, which is up by 25.88% or $197,070 compared to the average sale price of $761,574 in January 2021. There were almost half the number of new listings in West Brant last month compared to a year ago.
