Here is your Brantford Real Estate Update for December 2021 with the statistics from last month for the detached residential homes in the City of Brantford, the North End neighbourhoods, and the West Brant area. 

 

Brantford

The average sale price for a detached single-family home for all areas of Brantford in November 2021 was $764,643 which is up by 36.98% or a $206,419 increase in home values in Brantford compared to the average sale price of $558,224 in November 2020. 

North End

The average sale price in Brantford’s North End neighbourhoods in November 2021 was $827,044 which is up by 32.78% or $204,157 compared to the average sale price of $622,887 in November 2020. The new listings in the North End neighbourhoods last month were in very high demand.

West Brant

The average sale price in the West Brant area in November 2021 was $869,500, which is up by 30.61% or $203,791 compared to the average sale price of $665,709 in November 2020. There were 16% fewer new listings in West Brant last month compared to a year ago.

The number of houses for sale in Brantford last month was significantly lower than previous years as we are experiencing a super low inventory of homes available for sale in Brantford right now. With the high level of competition for these homes I am finding that the Buyers are being a lot more aggressive with their Offers and we are seeing some crazy sale prices lately. The average sale price in Brantford has gone up by more than $200,000 over the past year!
