The average sale price in March 2022 for a detached single-family home in Brantford has gone up by 28.22% compared to March 2021. That's a big increase in the home values in Brantford compared to a year ago.
The average sale price in Brantford’s North End neighbourhoods in March 2022 was $915,792, which is up by 26.00% or $188,976 compared to the average sale price in March 2021. There were 40.91% more new listings in the North End neighbourhoods last month compared to a year ago.
The average sale price in the West Brant area in March 2022 was $972,690, which is up by 28.49% or $215,676 compared to the average sale price in March 2021. There were 22.45% more new listings in West Brant last month compared to a year ago.
